Building Assistance – National Housing Corporation (NHC)

Fund for the Realization of Economic Empowerment through Subsidized Housing (PRIDE) – The process begins with NHC. Funding for this Program can be obtained through SKNANB at 5% interest rate. One can qualify for a two (2) or three (3) bedroom house ranging from EC$160,000 to EC$350,000.00. You can choose an NHC design or present your own. You must have land to qualify for this Program.
